Kuwait government has made the electricity bill payment through online. You can avoid big queues in front of Electricity offices by making the payment through online. The Residential,Commercial and Investment ,all these three categories can check and pay the electricity and water bill through these facility. The consumer should know either Civil ID and Premise ID or Meter Number to get the inquiry details.
The Premise ID will be getting from the right top side of the previous bill copies.You can get the Meter No. from the meter box . Go and find your meter box where it is placed and get the number under 'MINISTRY OF ENERGY (Electricity and Water) KUWAIT.
